Outreach and Community Projects

Calvary Episcopal Church has always been and will continue to be faithful to Christ in Love and Service. Our goal is to follow Mathew 22:39:

“Love your neighbor as yourself.”

Calvary as a parish:

  • supports the Free Clinic by feeding the staff.

  • raises money for cancer research annually.

  • speaks with the community women about faith, mental health, and self-care.

  • supports families, both members and non-members, during illness and bereavement with prayer, food, finance, and words of encouragement.

  • supports the fire department financially.

  • supports prison ministry.

  • provides fresh water daily for a family in our community.

  • provides care bags for the sick.

In addition, several of our members are involved in the Innocence Project.

We pray that God will continue to bless Calvary Church, and in return we can bless others.
